It’s Fall Outing Time
DPI Chairman of the Board Colby Butcher invites you to our annual Fall Board Outing. This year it takes place at Canyon of the Eagles Nature Park and Resort near Burnet, Texas on Lake Buchanan in the Texas Hill Country, October 5-7.
Canyon of the Eagles is an ideal get-away offering guests the comforts of a full-service resort and the beauty, nature and tranquility of a 940-Acre nature preserve. The resort is located on a hilltop overlooking Lake Buchanan with world class sunsets and numerous lake and nature activities available.
The DPI Board Meeting will take place Saturday moming October 6, at 8:30 AM. At 1 PM we will hold a Golf Toumament at Delaware Springs Course in Burnet. Lake conditions permitting, the Vanishing Texas River Cruise will be available at 11 AM Saturday for those interested. Eagle Eye Observatory, Scenic Boat Cruise, Kayaking and docks are nearby for your boat or fishing pleasure. An outdoor swimming pool is located at the resort as well as an RV park
Friday evening will be Fiesta Dinner buffet for us in the Overlook Restaurant and Saturday a special Group BBQ dinner with cash bar in the Eagles Nest building.
